Spring is here HOORAYYYY! Don’t get me wrong, I love the flavors and coziness of Fall, but something about the arrival of Spring is just so refreshing. Especially for those of us who skip an entire season (thankful it’s Winter) and are in need of some new ingredients and recipes.
Last week, to celebrate the beautiful weather, I packed myself a cool and tasty Spring Salad in a jar. I love adding little surprises like fruit and nuts to my salads, and thankfully this mason jar technique allows me to do so easily, and with better portion control.
